Brooklyn's Pictures

Brooklyn's 14 months pictures. She didn't enjoy taking them. The minute I put her down she started to cry, so this is what we got.

Hope can you not just love and want to kiss this little one all day long. She is such a daddy's girl, from the moment he walks in the door is runs to him saying daddy, daddy!!!!! Then she stays by his side all day long. (It might be because he babies her)

I just love her looking at the book.

The last few days of summer....

On Monday the girls start back up in school. Madalyn will be in 2nd, Morgan 1st, and Natalie in Pre-School. Brooklyn is going to have a hard time with everyone gone doing things and she has to stay at home with mom all day long. Where has the summer GONE. I have mixed feelings about the kids going back to school, I'm ready for them to be gone and the fighting to stop but I don't want to have to wake up early to make lunches and get kids on the bus. We have enjoyed as a family not having a schedule. We have had some highlights despite all the bad things that happened this summer (read next post).
* Took the kids to Silverwood
* Went to Karena's house with other family members
* Went to the cabin for a week
* Garrett and I had our 9 year anniversary
* Mary & Monty came to visit, the kids had a blast
*Lots of swimming, and riding bikes
* Playing with cousins
Now it's back to school!!!

WATER

This summer has brought on a lot of different challenges for us. I keep thinking that the Lord better give us a break sometime soon. We are not liking the trials he is giving us. The first of July we found out that we had water problems at our house. Our water started to come out darker and muddier each day, within a few days we had no water. We had a few different well companies come out and try and fix the problem. We found out that we have Big Major problems with our water. The well has caved in and so they need to either dig a new well or try and fix the old one and dig down deeper in hopes that we find more water. So we thought about it for a few days and we decided to try and fix the old one. The amount to dig a new one would be about $30,000-40,000 because the water level is about 820 feet down. We about died when we heard that. So we found someone that thought they could fix it for about half the cost of a new well. But this guy keeps telling us "I will be there next week" and it has been almost 7 weeks. I'm so stressed about everything!!!!!! It's hard not having WATER. We go and get water from my parents house and put it into our 1,000 gallon holding tank and that is what we are living on. What a BIG pain this has been for us. Just when we think we can really start to save to build a house a big curve ball comes our way. It's been really depressing around here.

Girls day with Grandma

The girls were able to go to town with both Grandma's this year to do a little bit of school shopping. They were in heaven. These are pictures of when they went with my mom to town. She remembered her camera, I wish I would have sent the camera with the kids when they went with Mary.
Madalyn, Natalie, Morgan and Kyla
I can't believe that they are this old.
Eating at McDonald's after shopping. The girls really enjoy spending time alone with their grandmas. It's a special day when they get to go all by themselves.

Riding Horses

The girls LOVE Horses!!!!! They can't get enough of them. This summer I looked into horse lessons for the girls and they were just going to be to much to put all 3 kids in lessons. My uncle Scott has horses at his house and he was so kind and willing to let the girls come over and ride.

The girls loved every minute of the time we spent down at his house. They are so excited when they got into the car, they told me we need to get cowgirl boots.

Madalyn has been saving her money for about a year now to buy a horse. She has $80. She has a long way to go, but I have been proud of her she has saved every penny she has got.

Morgan and Natalie also loved riding, brushing and feeding the horses.

Brooklyn's First Steps

On Saturday Brooklyn finally decided to start standing on her own, she then took 3 steps on her own. We were all excited, she is almost 14 months old. We can't wait for her to take off and walk everywhere.

Brooklyn runs our house, she is the main focus in our home. She gets very jealous when we are holding one of the other girls. She cries until we put them down and hold her. She is very spoiled.

She is starting to talk a lot. She says about 10 words. Her favorite ones are: No, puppy, duke, bottle, mama, book.
She has been sleeping through the night for awhile now, she has been getting lots of teeth (she now has 8). She had a few hard nights because of the teeth coming in.
Brooklyn keeps me on my feet, by 8:00 pm I'm so glad it's bed time. She can always make us laugh.

Eppich Family Reunion

The last week in July is always our Wayne Eppich Family reunion. This year was unlike most years, the weather was a little cold. We had all kinds of weather rain, wind, sun,and overcast. The overall temperature was 70 degrees, that is really cold for that time of year.
Natalie is pretending to ski, she was really brave she actually put on the ski and got in the water with Garrett but she couldn't hold them still enough for the boat to pull her up, then she got scared.
With the weather being colder we spent lots of time playing games, Madalyn and Taylor had a great time with the games.
Brooklyn and Braiden- 9 months apart

This pictures shows how cold it was, the water looks ruff from the wind blowing.
The kids enjoyed all kinds of crafts that my mom brought for them to do. These hats they made one day.

Every year Grandpa and Anita do the birthday money grab. You reach into the pot with one hand and pull out as much money as you can and then they give you that money for your birthday this year. Garrett got $26, Jilayne $23, Madie $8, Morgan $6, Natalie 4.50, Brooklyn $8. (Madie grabbed for Brooklyn)

Garrett enjoying sometime water skiing, we need to do this more often.
Natalie and Morgan were so excited to try and learn to water ski but when we got them in the water it was to much for them. Maybe next year.

I think all the late nights are checking up with her. She look tired!!!!!
Kyla and Madalyn's matching suits.
The kids really loved the tube rides.

Brooklyn loves eating the sand. I could not keep her out of the sand, she was a mess most of the week. Sand EVERYWHERE!!!!

Huckleberry picking in the woods. We love to make milkshakes and jam with them.
On Sunday we hiked up to some water falls. What a beautiful walk that was.

Natalie and Madalyn hand in hand.
Morgan showing her huckleberries.
We love Grandpa's cabin at Priest Lake. One of our families favorite vacations.
