We love games

Natalie stayed home from school sick, Brooklyn was excited to have someone to play with. But now she has to share the ipad to play games.

Soccer Fall 2013

The 6 weeks of soccer season has come to an end. We had to manage 3 different teams this year, so it got really crazy for me to arrange rides and schedules.

Madalyn 4th grade, Morgan 3rd and Natalie 1st This year I took over as the Mesa Area Director, I was so surprised at how much time it took. It was fun to see the kids have a great time.

Jande was Natalie's coach this year, Hunter was on her team so that made it really fun for her. Natalie is a great player, she was always running hard to get the ball. I think she had about 10 goals this season.

Morgan and Kyla were on the same time, I think they loved talking on the field to each other. I even got them holding hands one time. So funny!

Madalyn is a rock star!!! Her team is 4,5,6 grade girls. But we didn't have any 6th graders and not so many 5th grade so we have a very young team. We didn't win any games but they sure have a lot of fun.

Way to go Mesa Girls!!!! We ended the season with a Pizza Party for all teams.

 Since Madalyn turned 10 and it's an even year that means a friends party. We did a few games, gifts, ate pizza and Ice cream.

They ended the party with swimming in the hot tub, so fun.

Double digits

 Our Madalyn turned 10 on Sunday the 22nd of September. She has been asking for a Yellow Lab for months now, checking craiglist daily and sometimes hourly. I can't believe that her time is half over and then she will be living on her own at collage. Scary!!!

She was surprised to open a box with a collar and leash. About 2 weeks before her birthday she found a girl yellow lab in Boise Id. she fell in love. She was sold as soon as she saw her. Without her knowing I called and bought her. She couldn't leave until October 15 when she was 8 weeks old. Her name is going to be Holly.

 So happy, she got her wish

This is one happy 10 year old. Now we have to wait 4 weeks to pick her up. It's going to be a long 4 weeks.

Preschool at Brooklyn's house

 It's was our first day to host preschool at our house.We had the letter C, 3, yellow, and Triangle to teach. It was so much fun

 Brooklyn is loving to learn, one day a week preschool is not enough for her. We have been doing extra homework at home. She loves to do homework like her big sisters.

Apples

 It's that time of year, lots of crisp apples. We spent the day drying them. Yummy.

Brooklyn's 1st day of Preschool

 Brooklyn has been talking about preschool for weeks now. She knew all the kids in her class from church. She goes once a week on Thursdays from 8:30-11:30. She loves the color pink, playing puppies with her sisters, ice cream, grilled cheese sandwiches, riding her bike and swimming.

 She can count to 15 and say her ABC's and write the letter B. We can't wait for her to learn much more this school year. She loves to be home with mom on her days home, but when dad comes home she would rather go work on the farm or go fishing with dad.

Silverwood

 The 2nd day of school we decided we had enough of school so we skipped and went to silverwood :) We were hoping to avoid all the long lines and crowds with kids going back to school. There were still lots of people I was surprised by how many people were still there.

 

 It was a blast it all made us miss Disneyland. We want to go back again soon.

Puppies

 I woke up from my Sunday nap to this outside my door. Madalyn has been begging for a dog for about a year now. She has be come obsessed with the ideas and that all she talks about and looks for on the Internet. Her birthday is coming up soon and that's all she wants.

Natalie's first tooth

 Our kids have always been slow to loose tooth. Natalie's bottom tooth started getting lose about 2 weeks ago. She was so brave, last night Garrett pulled it out. She didn't even cry, she just said dad is my tooth ready. Within a few minutes it was out.

She woke up with $2 from the tooth fairy. She told me that she thought she would get $6. I told her what the tooth fairy probably had lots of stop last night, she was excited about how the missing tooth felt in her mouth.
