Robin hood

Missoula children's theater came to Connell October 20-25 The play they were going to preform was Robin Hood.
Monday after school was try outs for the play. The girls did great, all 3 got parts.
Madalyn was casted for the role of Maid Marion. She was very nervous, she had to memorize a lot of parts.

She did awesome. She would go to practice for about 4 hours after school, then she would come home and we would practice her line even more.

Natalie was a forester. She was the cutest tree ever. She also worked hard on memorizing her lines.

Countess of Monty Cristo was Morgan's role. After tryouts were over she came up to me not excited at all about her part. I asked her if she knew what a Countess was? She said No. I began to tell her that she was a queen or a princess. The look on her face changed, she was ok with being a princess.

Kids did great. It was a busy week with lots of practicing, we had just moved into our new house less than a week. So unpacking had to be put on hold.

Preschool Pumpkin Patch

The October Preschool field trip was to the country Mercantile. That is always a big hit for the kids. And the moms love all the treats inside the store.

How can you not just love this little girl. I have really enjoyed my buddy being home with me this school year. I don't know what I'm going to do without her next year.

The BIG DAY!!!!!!

Tuesday October 14, 2014 is the day we moved into our new home. All the hard work and sacrificing  paid off. It was a very busy day. Lucky for us we had great weather and lots of help from friends and family.

When we moved in the cabinets were not totally done. It took Jim another 2 weeks to totally finish everything. The lockers, bookcases, and a few drawers were the things that still were not done.

Now we can make many memories in our new house, our new story starts here.
Morgan was so cute, that very night she wanted Garrett to dedicate the house. We wait until the Monday for FHE

the last thing to go in........the carpet

We are almost done. The carpet is installed on the friday and Saturday the 10 and 11th of October

Wow what a difference the carpet made, it looks more like a home now.

Digging the septic system

One of the last things to be done on the house was the septic system.

Garrett built some awesome shelving for our outside storage room. We can now storage so much stuff.
