7 years

Can you believe it ?????? It has been 7 years yesterday that Garrett and I got married. We were up at the cabin on the 25th so we didn't get to do anything for it, but garrett wrote this really nice poem for me. I look back and I loved every minute of these past 7 years, we have gone through alot together and I hope that we have many more years together. I love you Garrett.

The Lake

Last Saturday the girls and I went to our families cabin up at Priest Lake Id. There we had a Eppich Family Reunion. What a beautiful place. It is one of my favorite places to be.

Madalyn, Taylor, and Ella these girls had so much fun together.

Natalie did great up there, I had started a week before we went potty training with her, she is now almost all the way potty trained. She hates to wear diapers and loves her big girl panties. She caught on really quickly.

We love everything about the cabin. It is always hard to come home, a week is just not enough time. We played lots of card games, went huckleberry picking, rode 4 wheelers, water skied, went on walks and spent lots of time just visiting with family.
Morgan, Madalyn and Me going for a ride on the jet ski.

What a nice relaxing vaction!!!!!

Swim Lessons

The girls finished swim lessons two weeks ago. They improved so much over the past year. They can swim very well. Madalyn learned how to dive and three different types of swimming. She was amazing, she is a fish in water.

Morgan did great also. Her body has a hard time in colder water so after about 30 mins. she was wanting out. She has no fat on her body to keep her warm. She learned to float, and does a great job at the arrow float.

Royal City

On Tuesday we went out to Justin and Heathers house. The men went fishing in the early morning, and came home around noon with nothing. I hate fishing and coming home with nothing especially when you wake up at 4 to go.
When they got home we went to this pond that a family had built out in Royal. It was so much fun. You slide down on your bum or a tube. This is an amazing slide they have built.
You can get going really fast. The water shoots you down, you go flying into the pond. Madalyn and Selia
This is looking down from the top.

Looking up at the slide. I wish my dad would make one of these it was so nice, and so much fun for the kids.

The 4th

We went down to the River to watch Fireworks, this is the first time we have watched them in a few years. Garrett has had to work the past years.
Uncle Brock and Morgan being Silly. The kids can't wait for Emily to have her baby in Jan.

The girls loved the big fireworks, the were really tired the next day from all the big events of the day.

We love wearing Red, White and Blue

A new Look

On Friday I cut 6 inches off Morgan's hair. She started asking me to cut her hair short about 2 weeks ago. I was really surprised cause she was the one that said you are not a true princess without long hair. I waited a little while cause I thought it might just be a thought she had one day and the next she would want long hair. So after 2 weeks of her asking I told her ok. It was a little hard for me to cut that long blonde hair. It is really cute, she loves it. She thinks she looks like Annie with her short hair. It will be nice to not fight the tangles this summer.
Morgan also gave her first talk today in Primary, she did very good. It was very fun to watch her, she acted so big. The talk was on "I want to be like Jesus when I grow up", it was about all the things she will do just as Jesus did when she goes up.

Fishing trip

Who knew watching the fish in the cooler would be so much fun.
On Monday we left to go on our family fishing trip to Rufus Woods, this is 1 hour past Grand Coulee Dam. We had a great trip, many hours of fishing. It was great this year to have the new boat, last year we took Garrett's friends older bass boat. It was a little squished with all the kids and Chad and Jande. This year we went with Stanley and Jamie Cox and their 4 kids.
Kenna and Natalie were not to sure if they liked each other. They both think everything is theirs.
Morgan just waiting for the fish to bite. The kids had such a good time together, they have the same age kids as us. We rented a nice little cabin right on the river, it made the trip with 4 adults and 7 kids so much easier. At times we could tell we were out numbered.

Garrett won the prize for the biggest fish, about 8 pounds. We wish we would have caught more this size. The fishing was not as good as last year. We came home with about 15 fish this year. We fished for 3 days. This year we went with Stanley and Jamie Cox they are living in Az. right now going to dental school. We will be glad when he is done with school and we can do trips with them more often. These two boys are funny to watch when they are together.
