Babysitting

This summer we have started leaving the kids to babysit on their own. Let's just say it has been heaven!!! At first I would just go ride the swather or tractor with Garrett for a few hours, or run to the church for a quick meeting. In July Madalyn said that she was ready for us to go to town for a short date. So we took her up on that offer and we went to dinner and to walmart. Since then we have been able to leave them for about 4 hours at a time. It has been so nice not to have to find a babysitter and pay them. The small things make me so happy. After 10 years of paying a babysitter we finally have a child old enough to do it on their own. Oh Happy Day!

The Eppich Family Reunion

Taylor, Madalyn and Ella 9 years old. These three always enjoy getting to know each other during the summer. Can you believe how tall Ella is?
Brooklyn, Charley, and Natalie
Row, Row, Row your Boat Morgan!!
The weather was so hot this year, mid 90s. It made getting into the water very enjoyable.
I'm pretty sure Brooklyn got her dad's hate for cold water. She got cold fast.
Morgan and Mom

Hit it DAD
Brooklyn and Kynzie love playing make up together
This year Garrett took the kids fishing a few times, they cause 4 fish, 2 were keepers. One was a big 20 inches. The kids were in fishing heaven, next year were taking dad's fishing boat.
I was so proud of the kids this year, all three learned to knee board and all tried to water ski
They were very nervous about skiing. Madie was so close, next year for sure.
Natalie 6 years old and tried, way to be brave.
Morgan 8 years old

Who won???
With the girls learning to knee board and ski that made mom get in the water for many hours, good thing it was hot.

A pro, at work

Go Natalie Go

No Problem, all the kids got up right away on the knee board
High fives with Emily

Red, White and Blue

The Basin City Parade will always be a great family memory for our family. Every 4th of July we go to the parade, get there about 9:15 put out our lawn chairs by the library and wait for the parade to start.

Cousins
Waiting for the bags of candy to come our way.
This year was the same as most: go to the parade, BBQ at Grandma McGary's house, this year Garrett was in the middle of hay harvest. He finished just in time to take us the see the fireworks in Pasco. We had not been to see the fireworks in 4 years.
