Connell Soccer
Our first sports season at a new school. Madie and Morgan were on the same team, they had a tuff season. Not a win. But they did great and improved so much. I was the coach for Natalie's team, we won about half their games. The weather was amazing this season, we didn't have to pack a jacket at all.

Will we make it in by October 31????
Hardwood floors are being laid, vinyl is in, trim, and doors are being put in. We are on our way to seeing everything come together.
Preschool has started
How did she get so big? I keep asking myself that question all the time, time has flown by with her, I can't believe she is 4 and in preschool. Ever since the kids started back into the school year she has asked everyday if it's preschool day.
I'm doing a Co-Op preschool every Thursday in Basin City with 5 other mom's. It's from 8:30-11:30. Brooklyn is a social Butterfly after she warms up to everyone. Loves school and playing with her friends.

We have "Hunters"
Madalyn and Morgan competed and Passed their hunter safety course. The end of August we were finally able to get a class schuduled out on the farm. The girls passed the online course last fall but were not able to get into a field date classes until now. They prepared all week with their dad on the proper way to handle guns and all the rules and regulations.
Brady, Timmy, and Shasha Thomason
They are very excited and ready to go hunting this fall. We hope they are able go hunting with dad again this year.

Let it burn
It's that time of year again, wheat harvest is over and it's time to light a match to the fields. The kids watch as Garrett and Grandpa burn the field.
A new school year
We moved into the little trailer end of August and the girls started school 2 days later. They will be trading in the Red and White Mesa Mustangs shirts to be Purple and White Courages. The kids were excited but very nervous to see their new school and meet new friends.
Morgan 4th grade Mrs. Halverson
Natalie 2nd grade Mrs. Hawkaday
The first week of school went ok. Morgan says her teacher is mean, but is making new friends. Madalyn is struggling a little bit with missing her Mesa friends, Natalie seems to love all that the new school has to offer. All the kids hate the duties they are mean they say.

Saying good bye to a house with lots of memories
August 21, 2014 was moving day for the Jenks Family. We all had many sleepless nights leading up to this day, many tears shed, and lots of mixed emotions. It was hard to say good bye to a house we have loved and the our family has grown so much in, not only in adding numbers to our family but growing up into adults and parents for Garrett and I. We have learned many life lessons in this home. I have been an emotional reck in the week leading up to the move. The night before we moved me and Madalyn just sat on the couch and cried together, I think the two of us were having the hardest time out of everyone. The phase "You can do hard things" keep coming into my mind.

All the moving boxes, and it seems to never end.
Moving Dad with lots of family and friends to help us out.
It was also hard for me to leave the neighbors (my side of the family). I knew I would miss them, the kids will miss walking to grandmas, seeing grandpa everyday on the farm, and being close to cousins. Even though we are not moving very far away there is things that we will miss for sure. When 2014 year started I know that big things were coming and big decisions would be made, I just pray we made the right ones. And the Lords directs our families paths.
How have we gathered so much stuff over the years.
Saying good bye to our rooms.
WOW!!! The Lord has blessed our family in many ways, I hope he continues to bless and watch over our family in our new house and our new journey. Thanks for all the memories 4970 Ironwood Rd.
