Yesterday was opening day for hunting and so that left all of us women without husbands. So we decided to all get together and make Halloween sugar cookies. What a fun day it turned out to be. It was me and the girls Emily and Karynand Sarah for a little while.
The kids really enjoyed playing in the dough. Emily and Karyn got a little taste of what it is like cooking with kids. Nothing turns out perfect, too many helping hands. We made a double batch of cookies, that gave us lots to frost.

just think what great cooks they will be in 20 years! How fun. I wish I lived closer to family to do things like that. I love to do crafts!
BTW- are you buying all of your beads for your class or did you have everyone get their own? Our craft day is done and it was a great hit. But glad it's over!
mess = fun right:)!! I tried to be a fun mom and make cookies with the kids but I think they were eating the dough faster than I could roll it out! It was such a mess we decided to frost later and well, they still aren't frosted:) Your blocks are really cute, I should start paying you guys to make me all your cute crafts.
