We took the kids to Silverwood last Thursday. Madalyn and Morgan had done a reading program in school where they received free tickets to the park so we had promised them we would go this year. The weather was a little cold for the water park only a high of 65 that day but a perfect day for all the rides. The best thing about the weather being cold there were less people and no long lines to stand in. The last hour before the park closed we went to the water park and the kids played for a little while. It was still cold, so not to much swimming happened. They have a fun swim area the kids would have loved it if it was warmer. They loved riding all the rides, since the girls are in love with horses that was a big hit. With the lines being short it gave us chance to ride lots of rides and if we wanted to be could ride most of them a few times before going on to the next ride. Which was so nice cause we had to take turns staying with Brooklyn. There were a few rides she could do, when she could ride she loved them. She just cried when she could not go and could see the girls riding the ride. She thinks she is 5 and as big as them already. She knows what she wants and when she doesn't get it she is mad. This was the longest ride we had to wait for but the kids really wanted to go on the bumper boats. They could spray water at each other. Enjoying some fun kids rides. Morgan was our dare devil, she tried all of the really big roller coasters. She really liked them, one was really scary for her she about lost her glasses on that ride. It scared her a little when she couldn't hold on cause she was trying to find her glasses. I was sitting next to her and she was scared she was going to lose her glasses and she would get in trouble. I felt bad cause it was a scary ride we were both trying to hang on to the glasses. They had quite a few big rides for the kids to go on. What a fun day it turned out to be. Madalyn was just content to stay on the kids rides, she did go on some big ones but didn't like them to well.
Garrett and I have been Married for 10 years now, can't even believe that it has been that long. We are enjoying our crazy life. Garrett is very lucky, he lives in a house with 4 princess and one queen. We have 4 great girls Madalyn is 9, Morgan 7, Natalie 5, and Brooklyn 2. Garrett is a Lieutenant at the Fire Department. I stay at home with the kids and find ways to spend Garrett's money. Lets just say that we could not be happier. We thank our Heavenly Father each day for all our many blessings.
