Coloring Sisters
Boating was a highlight, we fit all 9 kids on at once. What a blast. Clydes took up their boat and we took up 2 four wheelers. We enjoyed playing games and lots of laughing, it was a much needed vacation for everyone. Especially the Clydes after the lose of their son Carson. It was good to see them smile again. I honestly don't know how they do it. We pray for their family daily, they are great friends. I have definitely learned lots from them.
One of the best things was cooling off in the water. The kids loved jumping off the boat and swimming around. We also taught the families how to wash their hair in the lake.
Tuesday was a little cooler of the day. We decided to go in the morning and hike to a beautiful water fall. It was fun to see Mother Nature and the wonderful creations we have on this earth.
Kids found a few frogs and a baby bird on the trail.

I love my new camera lens I got for Christmas. Madalyn is starting to look more grown up. She is so beautiful.
Garrett made homemade fishing poles for the kids, they caught a few fish off the dock.
"Mom I can't wait to go fishing. I'm getting the biggest one on the lake"
Waiting..........waiting and more waiting!!!!
These two are the biggest clowns around, silly monkeys. Garrett and Sam went golfing one day, they found a lake full of painted turtle. Garrett was able to capture this one and bring it back to the cabin. We kept it for 4 days and on the day we were coming home he got out of the box and ran off. The kids were so sad, they wanted to bring him home for Kate to have a friend.
I love my baby Princess, she brings a smile to my face daily.
